McGuire Flexbond Cut Edge Sealant - McGuire Roofing Products

Provides excellent sealant of exposed fabric at cut membrane edges where scrim reinforcement is exposed.
Squeeze bottle package allows for easy application.
Available in clear for use with McGuire’s FlexGuard TPO.
Coverage rate – Approximately 220 LF per 16oz. bottle applied at a 1/8” bead.

All surfaces to be sealed with TPO Cut-Edge Sealant must be clean, dry and free from oil, grease, dirt and other foreign materials.
Apply a 1⁄8″ bead of TPO Cut-Edge Sealant from the plastic squeeze bottle to seal cut edges of reinforced TPO membrane. Do not apply TPO Cut-Edge Sealant on vertical surfaces.
Sealant should be tack-free in 2 hours and fully cured in 24 hours depending on weather conditions and application thickness

TPO Cut-Edge Sealant is FLAMMABLE. It contains solvents that are fire and explosion hazards when exposed to heat, flame, or spark. Do not smoke while applying. Do not use in confined or unventilated areas. Vapors are heavier than air and may travel along the ground to a distant ignition source and flash back.
Avoid breathing vapors. Keep container closed when not in use. Use with adequate ventilation. If inhaled, remove to fresh air. If not breathing, perform artificial respiration. If breathing is difficult, give oxygen and call a physician immediately.
If swallowed, do not induce vomiting. Call a physician immediately.
Avoid contact with eyes. Safety glasses or goggles are recommended. If splashed in eyes, flush with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes and contact a physician immediately.
Jobsite storage temperatures above 90°F (32°C) may affect product shelf life. If stored below 60°F (15°C), restore to room temperature before use.
